November Mini-Challenge
Since we’re all eagerly awaiting the release of next year’s challenge, it’s time for a November Mini-Challenge to tide us over. And, better yet? Each of the prompts were suggested by our 52 Book Club members!
So, how did we come up with this month’s mini-challenge prompts?
Glad you asked!
In September, we invited you to share your best prompt suggestions for next year’s challenge. Last month, we randomly drew three winning categories for the 2022 challenge. (You can find those winning 2022 suggestions here!) However, there were so many amazing ideas, we wanted to give everyone a second chance to see their suggestion picked! So for the first time ever, we did a second random draw!
Want to see if your prompt was the one chosen? Here are our November 2021 mini-challenge winners:
Huge congrats to JAN, MIKAELA, and DAISY who were our winners! And another thank-you to everyone who suggested a prompt this year!
November Mini-Challenge Prompts
1) A character in the same age group as you
2) Recommended by a stranger
3) A character whose religion you know little about
Match one book to each of the prompts (for a total of three books). Share your picks in our Facebook group, Goodreads group, or on Instagram using the hashtag #the52bookclub2021. You can choose to read these books in addition to your regular 52 Book Club reads, or you can combine them with prompts still left on your 2021 list. As always, get as creative as you like with the prompts and have fun!
